Practice Principle - Dr. Tushar Patel

Tushar graduated from Sheffield University in 1986 where he gained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree and is currently one of the senior partners with Confidental Clinics. He began his General Dental career in Brixton Hill and Hastings at an NHS and Private practice before, in 1990, opening his own Dental Practice based in New Park Road, Streatham, now part of the Confidental Clinics. Tushar carries out all aspects of General Dentistry and has been a vocational trainer since 1996. He regularly attends continued professional development lectures and courses to keep up to date with modern techniques. Tushar always ensures an empathetic manner and high quality of care to his patients. Tushar was awarded his MFGDP post graduate exam in 1998.

Dentist - Dr Sreenesh Kandian
BDS MFDS RCS
Sreenesh Khandian qualified in 2004 with his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from India. Since then he has subsequently gone on to further his skills by undertaking a three year post graduation degree in conservative dentistry and endodontics from India.
Sreenesh has been awarded a diploma of membership of Faculties of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh as well as a degree and Licence in Dental Surgery (LDS) Royal College of Surgeons of London.
Sreenesh has 2 years of training experience in the Restorative Dentistry at University teaching Hospital in Wales and also provide part time teaching to under graduate students at Guys hospital.
Sreenesh also has an specialist interest in root canal treatments and an interest in research and has published articles related to endodontic in peer review journals as well being a peer reviewer of Journal.
In his spare time, Sreenesh enjoys socialising with friends and spending quality time with his family.

Dentist - Dr Vinaya Soundrarajan
Vinaya graduated from one of the well known universities in India with a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery. She has a good 12 years experience in General Dental Practice and focuses on caring for her patients in the long term, placing their comfort and satisfaction above all else.
She successfully completed the Overseas Registration Examination (ORE), which is well known for great academic standing, conducted by the General Dental Council UK.
Vinaya is passionate about further learning and clinical development. She successfully completed a year certification course in advanced restorative dentistry along with numerous advanced courses of cosmetic dentistry and crown and bridge work . She enjoys all aspects of dental practice, particularly Endodontics and Cosmetic dentistry. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends.

Dentist - Dr Sairah Shah
BDS BSc (Hons)
A graduate from Guys,Kings and St Thomas' School of Dentistry and Medicine in 2007. Sairah, started her career in the borough of Croydon in a busy NHS and private practice working alongside other general practitioners, orthodontist, implantologist and oral surgeon, where she develope her skills. Sairah, then moved to work at the Royal London Hospital with the Oral and Maxillofacial (OMF) Team where she was a Senior House Officer. She performed surgery which ranged from surgical extractions, surgery for facial fractures due to trauma, orthoganathic surgery, and treating cancers of the head and neck region. Sairah was involved in assessing patients, treatment planning, treatment and assessing patients. The above are just a few examples of the type of work conducted as a an OMF Senior House Officer. Alongside working at the hospital Sairah also worked as a General Dental Practitioner.
Soon after Sairah relocated to Manchester where she was the Lead Dentist. Here she helped to build up a new practice. She not only took the role up of Lead dentist but also managed the practice and was mentor newly qualified dentists. In doing so Sairah demonstrated a strong dedication to her career as a dentist.
Sairah has more recently moved to the Confidental Clinic in Purley where she is conducting both NHS and private dentistry.

Sana graduated from the University of Birmingham and since then has continued to enhance her skills through post graduate training including the MFDS qualification.
She keeps up to date with the latest in dentistry by attending core professional development courses regularly. She takes pride in a caring and calm approach towards patients.
Sana enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is a keen hiker.

Hygienist – Suzanne Hogan
Suzanne qualified as dental hyg from GKT in 2006 and was awarded 'best academic achievement '.
She was approached by the head of special care to facilitate nursing staff and carers teaching oral hygiene regimens to patients unable to live independently .
Suzanne's focus is to provide individual preventative care programs tailored to the needs of her patients without lecturing or 'nagging'
She is firmly committed to providing comfortable gentle yet thorough treatments ,embracing nervous patients , believing in a holistic approach - treating the person not just the mouth ,thus developing a trusting relationship with her patients.
She has numerous accolades and testimonials from satisfied patients and always strives to improve.
Suzanne passionately believes in personal development introducing up to date treatments .She successfully completed a course in advanced periodontics and gives primary school talks along with working in practice.

Hygienist & Therapist - Rajvi Patel
Prior to becoming a dental hygiene therapist Rajvi had qualified with a National Diploma in Dental Nursing, awarded by the National Examining Board for Dental Nurses.
Rajvi Patel has a combined Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy awarded by Queen Mary University of London. During her training Rajvi received The Old Londoner’s and The British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy Award for being the Most Supportive Student. She also received an award by Molars Ltd for consistently showing outstanding communication skills with patients during training.
Rajvi prides herself in being meticulous yet gentle, strives to tailor the treatment to individual patients, and welcomes feedback.
In her spare time Rajvi enjoys swimming, photography, travelling, socialising with friends and spending quality time with family, and more recently exploring the art of Yoga.
